Tommy Hilfiger dumps $45 million Greenwich mansion

Just about everybody would seem to be shifting to Florida — including Tommy Hilfiger, who dumped his $forty five million Greenwich mansion for warmer pastures.

The American attire mogul, sixty nine, and his spouse, previous product Dee Ocleppo, fifty four, have ultimately shut the sale — teased solely by The Post again in November — of their 13,344-sq.-foot mansion. The 22-acre estate at 30 John St., which they have owned since 2010, has six bedrooms, seven loos and three powder rooms.

“The home does not come to feel extremely huge for the reason that it’s cozy and heat. They used nearly just about every place. It welcomes you,” listing agent Janet Milligan with Sotheby’s International Realty Greenwich Brokerage explained to The Post.
