McCall joined the Burberry board as non-govt director in September 2014. She has also been senior independent director for the style business since 2020, a position she took more than from Jeremy Darroch. She will continue on as senior independent director for the remainder of her time on board.

McCall is the very first female CEO of ITV, signing up for the broadcaster in early 2018. She was formerly CEO of easyJet for seven yrs.
She was also non-govt board member of the Division for Business, Power and Industrial System from 2017 to 2020.
