H&M launches global loyalty program ‘H&M Member’ in India, Retail News, ET Retail

Swedish apparel retailer H&M on Wednesday introduced its international loyalty method, H&M Member, in India expecting it to engage in a considerable role in the company’s expansion considering the transformation in client conduct in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic. The firm is launching the programme to coincide with the completion of five decades in India, since the opening of its initial shop in the Capital in 2015.

“It (H&M Member) will engage in a considerable role.
